We are seeking a reliable and professional Host to be the primary point of contact for our patrons. This role is essential for setting the tone for the guest experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
The Host manages the initial guest interaction, both in person and over the phone, ensuring efficient and professional service. Duties include:

Greeting Guests: Welcoming all patrons in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.

Managing Seating: Inquiring about party size and needs, coordinating with staff, and efficiently managing the flow of the dining room using the seating chart.

Handling Phone Inquiries: Answering calls clearly and articulately, providing accurate information, answering general questions, and conveying a professional and calm demeanor.

Guest Support: Learning the menu and restaurant logistics to effectively address general patron questions.

Team Coordination: Working collaboratively with the entire restaurant staff to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every guest.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 16 years of age.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service.

Professional appearance suitable for a hospitality environment.
- Proven ability to provide warm and gracious hospitality.
- Excellent ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, maintaining etiquette and providing focused information.
Compensation and Position Details:

Pay: $10 per hour plus shared tip outs.

Job Type: Both Full-time and Part-time positions are available.
