Barback & Dishwasher: Essential Bar Operations Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic individual to fill the critical role of Barback & Dishwasher. This combined position is the engine that drives both the back and front-of-house operations, ensuring our service runs smoothly, our environment is sanitary, and our team is fully supported. Key Responsibilities

Bar Support (Barback):
- Maintain optimal stock levels for all bar items, including ice, glassware, liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes.
- Provide crucial, fast-paced assistance to Bartenders by running items, retrieving supplies, and keeping the front-of-house service area clean and organized.
Cleaning & Sanitation (Dishwasher):
- Manage all dishwashing operations, ensuring a continuous supply of clean, sanitized glassware, utensils, and serving equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish pit area, service stations, and storage areas, adhering strictly to health and safety codes.
Operational Readiness:
- Assist with the breakdown and setup of the bar and kitchen areas before and after service.
- Consistently maintain cleanliness and organization across the venue.

Requirements

Availability: Must have full availability, including all nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting and moving up to 40 pounds, enduring heat, and working on your feet for an entire shift.

Compensation & Details

Pay: Based on experience, plus competitive tip outs from the bar team.
Job Type: Full-time and part-time opportunities available.
